Boots, Bikes, Bandaids

Saturday October 20 was our Boots, Bikes, and Bandaids collection day. Our goal was to fill a 40' container with used bicycles, boots and shoes, and medications for shipment to the Domincan Republic.
The Rothesay Kings, Hampton, Sussex, and Saint John clubs each had collection depots set up in their respective areas. We filled the container with 150 bikes, several thousand pairs of shoes, and donated medical equipment. The container leaves for the DR shortly and will be opened on location there around February 6, for anyone interested in travelling there to see the unwrapping event!
